How are you?

I want to share with you that I will be preparing for my next show again… Yes AGAIN:)!
Competing allows me to learn a lot, not only about fitness and nutrition, but also about myself mentally.
I’m very excited bacause it will be a great opportunity to share
some ”weekly tips” with you …forthose who are interested to know and
learn a little more about how to enhance your lifestyle and health. Some
stuff you probably already know, some you already actually apply it,
but hey…


It’s already my second time working with Kim Oddo (my coach).
I’m very happy and thankful to have a great team.
