1) Whole food diet – clean balanced eating - small portions every 3-4 hours

2) Drink a lot of water (I drink anywhere between 2.5 liters – 4 liters a day)
3) Cardiovascular training (If you re busy person try higher intensity training. It burns more calories in less time. It works for me )
4) Lift weights and engage your core while doing it.
